Andrew Raper
After more than 20 years working in large corporate and private project management companies, Andrew established 3-point to continue providing consulting and management excellence for his clients. Andrew has extensive experience in the delivery of projects in the U.K. and Australia. With an emphasis on client satisfaction and delivery management, Andrew ensures the successful delivery of commercial office, banking, IT, hospitality, education, major health and industrial production projects. Andrew is a Registered Practitioner (Commercial Builder) and through his commitment to service excellence and his impressive repeat business portfolio, has earned a reputation as an industry leader, to which his many satisfied clients can attest.
Andrew is a people person and bases all aspects of his life on collaboration, ensuring everyone is a valued team member and most of all, having a laugh.
Jonathan Fuelling
Jonathan has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and property industries having worked for major UK contractors and consultants, worked on major international projects in the U.K., Hong Kong and Australia, and has for the past 13 years managed the Project Management business for a global integrated services firm in Victoria. Jonathan has a strong commercial background having trained as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly focusing on Client budgets and overall financial strategy throughout a project. Jonathan has led multidisciplinary teams and delivered successful projects and outcomes with honesty and integrity resulting in a strong track record of repeat business and client satisfaction.
Jonathan brings passion and enthusiasm to any role and enjoys an ethical and healthy lifestyle based on fun, friendship and fitness.
